Welcome February! Hard to believe that it’s already the second month of 2016. Many many changes already this year and I feel as though 2016 will be full of exciting new adventures.
First we moved house! Not a very far move geographically but as with every move it seemed like a whole lot of distance between the time the first box was packed and the last box was opened (who am I kidding I still have boxes to unpack!)
Next up my mom is retiring to Mexico! At the age 70 (something) she is becoming an ex-pat and starting a brave new adventure. Lucky for me her new digs aren’t far from mine in LA. Because…
I’m making my first trip to Hawaii! I’m traveling to the most beautiful island for a writer’s conference (Mom is helping the Hubsy with the kidlets while I’m gone). I am really honored to attend both as an author and a speaker. Looking at the list of authors in attendance I’ll be fighting all kinds of fangirl squee moments!
